Wallet credit applies only to the base fare portion if the passenger cancels before departure under the wallet policy.
Customs declaration support
Passengers remain responsible for customs declarations.
We do not submit customs declarations on behalf of passengers. We capture a declaration prompt so dispatch can remind passengers to complete any required SARS or ERS processes before travel.
South Africa / SARS
Passengers entering or leaving South Africa may need to declare goods and currency. SARS online traveller declaration captures traveller, travel, currency, possessions and payment details where applicable.
Eswatini / ERS
Travellers entering Eswatini must make declarations at border posts where required, especially for goods outside ordinary personal allowances.
