SafeRide Support
Who drives my car? +
A verified driver partner assigned through the Eswatini Mobility platform. Driver partners possess professional driver permits (PrDP) and undergo vetting.
What happens if my car is manual? +
Please indicate manual transmission on the booking form. We will ensure a driver partner comfortable and experienced with manual vehicles is assigned to you.
What about vehicle insurance? +
The vehicle owner must ensure the vehicle is fully insured, licensed, and roadworthy. SafeRide acts as a booking coordinator and the driver operates under the owner's vehicle insurance policy terms.
How is pricing calculated? +
Pricing considers base distance (pickup to destination), event wait times, type of booking (single vs multi-day), and the number of drivers needed. The calculator gives an estimate, and final pricing is confirmed by dispatch.
